The original file for the 3D animated logo to the left is a 400 x 300 pixel .avi file--a splash screen for a CD-ROM, complete with soundtrack. It weighed in at a bit over 9 mb for an 8 second run time!

This internet version, a mere 245k, has been compressed, and the soundtrack eliminated. It is still effective in spite of the lost resolution.

The Flash animated logo to the right was created exclusively for the internet. It has a very small signature--only 20k.

The music you hear is the soundtrack which was extracted from the original file in order to promote faster download time. It is playing as a midi file, which also has a tiny signature.
